Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Velvoir purchase—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at purelyorganic1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you with an exchange, subject to availability.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items like final sale products, gift cards, and personal accessories may not be eligible for return.
